rating that can be awarded. There's no finer place to stay in the
Disney area, it's the ultimate vacation home experience.
The villa comes has 7 bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms and will comfortably
sleep 14 plus infants.
The furnishings and décor are in two forms. The dining and living
room area and the main master bedrooms, with their four poster beds,
all have an elegant and formal style. The kitchen diner and family
room however have a much more casual style that you can really kick
back and relax in. Don’t get me wrong you can relax in all the rooms
but these areas offer serious comfort and relaxation.
The family room boasts rustic pine furniture and top grain leather
sofas, the ultimate in leather and the perfect place to enjoy the
large 50" DLP 1080P! HD – High Definition – DLP screen complete with
BOSE digital home surround sound theater system. This system rocks
and is complete with DISH HD satellite viewing and a huge selection
of DVDs has been provided.
The kitchen and utilities room are complete with everything you can
imagine, but hopefully you won't be using the utilities room much as
there will be regular linen / towel changes and cleans during your
stay.
The garage has been converted into an air conditioned games room
complete with 50" lcd HD TV with DISH satellite viewing, four
further 32" HD LCD screens complete with Xbox 360's online and
system linked, Four pachinko machines, foosball and a very high
quality Brunswick 8ft Pool table with centennial ball and cue set.
Finished off with bar lights this room is a fun place to spend an
evening with your family. it's the ultimate game room for the
ultimate villa! Guests have commented that there is so much to do
inside the villa that it will be difficult to spare time to visit
Disney...
The bedrooms have been divided into the following combinations and
all are complete with pillow quality hypoallergenic bedding:-
Master suite 1 is a King room with a four poster bed and en suite
bathroom, located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool
and views over the conservation area
Master suite 2 is a King room with a four poster bed and en suite
bathroom, located on the first floor at the rear of the property
with views over the pool and the preserve beyond
Master suite 3 is a Queen room with a four poster bed and en suite
bathroom, situated at the front of the property overlooking the
resort
Bedroom 2 is a twin room furnished with elegant wooden sleigh beds.
It has a shared en suite bathroom (with Bedroom 1)
Bedroom 3 is a Queen room with four poster bed, sharing an en suite
bathroom with Bedroom 2 although the bathroom can be locked off to
make this room a fourth master suite if required
Bedroom 4 is a twin room with bunk beds themed in "Cowboys and
Indians", and shares an en suite bathroom with Bedroom 5
Bedroom 5 is a twin room with white lace four poster beds fit for
princesses in fairyland, and shares an en suite bathroom (with
Bedroom 4)

Pool Details
Our villa is set on one of the most enviable and largest plots at
the resort and offers more peace, quiet and tranquility than you
will find almost anywhere else in the area. From the southerly
facing pool deck there are stunning views of the tranquil lake, and
across from the lake there are unspoilt lush green woodland and
wetland lowland habitat protected areas as far as the eye can see.
The pool area has been designed with the feeling of a tropical oasis
to create a space worthy of the stunning views and bring some of the
lush greenery closer adding to the overall seclusion of the pool
deck area. The pool itself includes a large rock waterfall feature
surrounded by tropical plants and flowers of the area and a wide
selection of huge clay pots and urns full of lush green foliage. As
fantastic as it looks now, it will only get better as the planting
establishes itself and we add to it.
The huge pool deck was extended as far toward the lake and either
side of the home as we could go to ensure that there is ample room
for all our guests and more to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The
southerly outlook means that it catches the full sun all day, but if
the Florida sunshine is not your thing or you have had your fill for
the day you can shade under the fans in the Lanai area and ample
furniture for all is provided. It’s the perfect place to break bread
and drink wine as the sun goes down and the evening lighting of the
pool area comes to life with a versatile atmosphere that suits
either the party animals or romantics among your guests.
Surrounding Area
The prestigious Emerald Island Resort is situated less than 3 miles
from Disney on a lush green upland area surrounded by hundreds of
acres of nature reserve. The resort is well placed for all major
attractions and shops, restaurants and numerous golf courses are
just a mile away. The resort has something to offer everyone in your

Less than a mile from the resort entrance are golf clubs that boast
championship conditions all year around if that’s your interest and
in the other direction the 192 with all it’s attractions and quiet
nightlife. The Outback Steakhouse, Carabbas Italian restaurant and
many more are all situated less than a mile away as is the nearest
supermarket.
The resort style living at Emerald Island Resort has something to

included within your stay at our villa and you are free to use all
