Cumbrian Lakes is
located in a private gated community complete with nature trails for
exploring, walking, or running, you might also get to see a little
of Florida's bird life. Built on 120 acres with 3 lakes, Cumbrian
Lakes is a very serene and tranquil development. While we are only
5 miles from a Super Wal-Mart, we are far enough away that we are
protected from the traffic and noise of that busy area.
Our 6 bedroom home has
plenty of room to ramble around in. We have a great games room with
a pool table, foosball table, darts and table tennis. Or you can
slip away upstairs to the loft, where provided for your convenience
we have WiFi so you can use your laptop, get out your kindle or do
the old fashioned thing and read a good book.
After your long day of
shopping, visiting the numerous Theme Parks, golfing, or whatever
adventure you engaged in for the day, settle in for a quiet night of
grilling poolside while the kids swim and then watching a movie to
wind down before bed.
You will find plenty of
places to eat if you don't feel like cooking. Hwy 192 is only 4
miles away with just about every restaurant or ethnic food
imaginable at your disposal.
Pool Area
Beautiful South Facing private screened pool and spa with a coverd
Lanai. The Lanai is a great place to get away from the sun but
still enjoy the all the fun! Free use of BBQ grill (propane not
provided) table, chairs and loungers. If it's a tan you want to
take home, you will love having the sun all day.
Surrounding Area
Our Villa is located 4 miles
from Hwy 192 and Poinciana. Easily accessible to all of the attractions in the
area. Located in the middle of both coasts, you can plan a day trip either way.
Kennedy Space Center or Cocoa Beach to the East and Clearwater Beach to the
West.
