Description:
Our very
private, rear conservation view Villa is a luxury fully
air-conditioned home with pool, separate hot tub Jacuzzi spa, games
room with 8ft slate bed pool table, indoor basketball game, bicycles
etc.
Great care
has been taken to furnish the villa to a very high standard so as to
increase your enjoyment and comfort when staying in our beautiful
home.
As our
guest you have full use of the award winning, 24 hour gated Terra
Verde Resort facilities, these include 6,000 sq ft club house with
internet café (free internet), fitness room, sauna, lounge with
complimentary refreshments and big screen satellite TV, resort sized
swimming pool with large sunning deck and chaise loungers, Tiki Bar,
fishing lake, basketball, volleyball courts, children's play area
with climbing rock, sundries shop, concierge desk and games arcade.
The villa
has two Master en-suite bedrooms (1 King and 1 Queen, the king suite
has a 26" flat screen TV), another Queen bedroom, as well as a
further three twin bedrooms (2 of the twin rooms each have a theme,
Disney and Sports). The bedrooms each have cable TV and DVD players.
There is also a children’s TV-Games lounge/7th bedroom with a
leather futon, cable TV, DVD player, CD player and Playstation 2
with games. There are also other toys and games for younger
children.
The family
room has luxuriously comfortable leather sofas, cable TV with a 42”
Flat screen, a DVD player and a selection of DVD's. The lounge and
dining room also have luxuriously comfortable furniture.
The open
plan kitchen is fully equipped with all up-to-date appliances
(microwave, dishwasher, oven/hob etc.) including a large
fridge/freezer and ice machine. There is a breakfast nook where you
can eat overlooking the pool.
We provide
all towels, pool towels and linens (included in the price). There is
a large washer and dryer with an iron and ironing board in the
laundry room.
There is
an illuminated pool and Jacuzzi hot tub, which has private
conservation views; it has a safety screen together with sun
loungers, tables and chairs (the pool heating is optional).
The main
attractions nearby includes Disney, and Old Town (10 minutes drive
away). Sea World, Universal Studios and Wet 'n' Wild are all within
a 20 minutes drive. Busch Gardens, Cyprus Gardens and Kennedy Space
Centre are all within one hours drive. If you love the beaches,
Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and the Gulf Coast beaches are all within
one hour drive away.
Numerous
restaurants and shopping are all only minutes away on the 192
(including a 24 hour Wal-Mart). Other nearby activities includes
golf (various award winning courses) and water-sports, including jet
ski, ski boat and airboat. Flying and horse riding etc., are also
close at hand.
