bedrooms, a large 57" HD TV with a Tivo PVR and Wii games system in
the family room, even iPod chargers in the master suites.
All attractions are within a few
miles, the 192 is less than 1 minute from the gate and Walmart is
approximately 500 yards from the resort entrance (quite nice to have
as your 'corner store'!)

Pool Details
The heated pool
is 30 x 15ft, and has a built in spa. The pool area is fully
screened to keep any bugs out!
You enter the pool area through the
covered lanai. The lanai has twin ceiling fans, a millionaires
summer grill and outside speakers so you can have music by the
pool.
There are ample chairs and loungers
for all guests, and two separate outside tables.
The final
touch in the pool area is the outside poolside bathroom. When
jumping out of the pool or spa the air conditioned areas can feel
'chilly', so the outside pool bathroom is a real bonus!
Surrounding Area
The villa is
located on the BellaVida Resort, a gated community of colourful
private homes owned by individuals and designed for vacation
rentals.
BellaVida has its own 6700sq ft grand
clubhouse and over 15 acres of lakes.
The clubhouse is the largest Park
Square Homes have built, having a host of features including a large
zero entry pool, cyber cafe, exercise room, sand volleyball,
basketball, bocce balls, children's playground, formal Italian style
gardens and more, all available for the use of guests staying at a
villa or town home on the resort.
Bellavida is perfectly located for
access to all the Orlando area attractions, whilst shopping and
restaurants are on the doorstep.
