Remington Golfing Community, and is currently the one of the only
communities within Remington that can be rented out to
holiday-makers. All of the facilities within Remington are available
for our guests use including a communial swimming pool, tennis
courts, football pitch, fitness centre, sauna and children's play
area.
The villa is
ideally located less than 1 mile from the US 192, which has a large
selection of shops, restaurants and bars along its length. The town
of St Cloud is within 3 miles. The villa is just a 20 minute drive
from Orlando International airport and 16 minutes or 12 miles from
Disney's main gate. There are many other attractions within easy
reach and Cocoa and Melbourne beaches are within 60 minutes drive.
This is
not your run of the mill rental property, this is one of the larger
rental properties available in the Disney area. It is also our home
for two months of every year, which is why we have lavished a lot of
