On arrival, you will feel immediately relaxed as you wind through Cumbrian Lakes’s tranquil tree-lined drive, pulling up to our house will leave you in awe, we have added coach lights to the garage (these are on sensors) and landscape lighting both front and to the back of the house. Enter through the double doors and wonder into the Family Room, relax on one of the wonderful sofas, watch the 42” Sony Plasma with home theatre system, or step into the Kitchen and mix a cocktail, this is the ideal place to prepare a summer dinner or buffet lunch, what ever you choose, then dine inside on the covered lanai overlooking the lake or at the wonderful oak table under the chandelier. Children will be happily amused in the Den where they will find a cozy suite (sofabed) from which to watch TV or play on the X-box (games not provided) they can also watch DVD’s or VCR’s. Off Entry hall you will find the Games Room, complete with an 8’ Pool Table, Electronic Air Hockey, Electronic Dart s and Basketball. This is also where you will find the Laundry, complete with Washer and Dryer. Off the Family Room you will find the first of our six bedrooms. Both with ensuite bathrooms, the Queen bedroom has patio doors which open out onto the covered lanai. The other is a twin room with a lighthearted feel to the ensuite bathroom.

Venture upstairs to find the Master Suite, complete with balcony. This is the place to sit in the morning and drink your freshly squeezed juice and eat bagels, if the sun is too strong, wind up the parasol for shade, sit here and enjoy the view of the lake and fountain. The Master Bath has both overside walk in shower and tub, this is a very light and airy room. The Master itself contains a wonderful King Bed and frame, has a Sony 30” HDTV and as all the other rooms - Satellite Receiver. At the top of the stairs, double doors open onto the second Queen bedroom, wonderful walnut furniture adorn this room and this room again has a very tranquil feel. Straight across the hall is the dedicated bathroom for this bedroom. At the end of the landing you will find the last two bedrooms, both twins, one dressed for the girls, one for the boys. The blue room also contains the PS2 games console, both rooms again have TV’s and Satellite receivers. All in all, the most perfect place from which to base your Florida Adventure.
