Our home is a single storey
villa on a large lot backing a lake and is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It
has a private pool and spa, free use of computer with Internet
access, table tennis, pool/snooker and foosball facilities. The
villa is air-conditioned and has three bedrooms with Queen or double
beds, three bedrooms with twin beds in each, and there is a sleep
sofa, so is suitable for up to 14 people.

Description
For safety there are smoke detectors, a
fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, an intruder alarm system and
a safe can be rented to keep your valuables secure.
Dining Area:
In the dining area the table is large enough to seat eight. The
table in the breakfast nook will seat six and there is patio
furniture to dine outside. To enable you to keep in touch with
home and your emails, we have provided a computer with Internet
access with a built-in 9 in 1 digital memory card reader for
digital cameras and MP3s. The
computer also plays DVDs and MP3s.
Bedroom 1: The master suite
has a queen bed and patio door overlooking the pool and is fitted
with a TV set and video recorder. The en suite bathroom has a
toilet, twin wash basins, large shower and a separate roman bath.
Bedroom 3, 4, 5 and 6:
Each sleeps two people, one (bedroom 3) with double bed and TV
set. The other three all have twin beds. These four bedrooms share
the two remaining bathrooms each of which has a toilet, hand basin
and bath with shower over.
The
Location:
The property is in a sought-after
location near to ORLANDO and is close to highways 192, 27 and exit
58 of the Interstate 4, which all offer easy access to a wide
variety of eating places and entertainment. The sub-division of
Thousand Oaks is only a 15 minute drive from Disney World, shops,
restaurants and major attractions. Even closer are two mini marts,
three fast food outlets and two gas stations which are open from
early until late. At exit 58 off the Interstate 4 there is a large
Publix supermarket, along with a video rental shop, a Chinese
takeaway restaurant, a McDonalds, a Subway sandwich bar and a
beauty salon. Also at this junction are the two superb Greg
Norman-designed courses at the Champions Gate Golf Club, all only
a few minutes away in the car. Although you will be in a quiet
location, you will not be isolated. Travelling North and East on
the Interstate 4 from junction 24 you can easily access Universal
Studios, the new Islands of Adventure, Sea World, the
International Drive resort area, Daytona Beach and the Kennedy
Space Centre. In the other direction on the I.4. Tampa, Busch
Gardens and the beaches of the Gulf Coast can be reached in about
one and a half hours.
Pool Area
A feature of the property is the 30’x15’
private pool and spa (heating at extra cost) with extended decking
and a covered porch giving plenty of space, screened for your
comfort. The villa backs onto a large natural lake and provides a
beautiful view, and takes advantage of the sun until late in the
day. From the deck is a pool-side powder room with toilet, hand
basin and access to a shower in the master suite.

Close By: Within a short drive of the villa are
numerous golf courses, you can fish in the lake at the rear of the
villa and there are nearby stables for the horse riding enthusiast.
