Description
The villa is 1800 sq ft single story. Ideal for large
families or more than one family and for those with disabilities.
For your comfort, safety and health reasons, we
absolutely do not allow any animals nor smoking in our villa at
any time.
This impressive 5 bedroom villa has 2 master
suites both with en suite bathrooms queen size beds and cable
TVs. Bedroom #3 has a full size bed. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have 2
twin size bed each. There is a third bathroom located by these
three bedrooms. All linens and towels provided.
The living room has a sleeper sofa cable TV, DVD
player, VCR, and AM/FM CD player.
The full service kitchen has a stove,
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and
all the dishes and utensils needed. There is a table that seats
4 in the kitchen along with a dining table that seats 6 in the
dining area.
The game room is equipped with a pool table,
foosball table and dart board. There are also assorted games for
adults and children.
The laundry room has a full size washer and
dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest
use.
Pool Area
The screened in pool area has a covered lanai with
fan and light that overlooks the pool and lake. It has a table and
chairs plus 3 lounge chairs. The 30 ft pool is south facing so you
get the most sun and with the lake in the rear there are no rear
neighbours. The pool can be heated and has a light. All doors
leading to the pool are alarmed and there is a child safety fence in
place to keep the little ones safe.
Surrounding Area
Located in the Reunion/Champions Gate area. These
golf courses were designed by Arnold Palmer and Greg Norman and are
only 5 minutes from the villa.
There are numerous other golf courses within 10
to 15 minutes.
The I-4 interstate is 5 minutes from the villa
and is the key to Central Florida. Travel East for 60 minutes
and your in Daytona. Travel West for 60 minutes and your in
Tampa Bay. Disney World is just a short 10 minutes away.
Universal Studios 25 minutes, Sea World 20 Minutes, Gatorland 25
minutes. Publix supermarket 5 minutes. Assorted restaurants 5 to
10 minutes.
