Orchid villa is set on the exclusive estate of Sunset
Ridge completed recently by Mercedes Homes, and can be found on the
US27 about 1/2 a mile off the I-4 junction.
The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there
are two queen bedrooms en-suite one with pool access and 3 twin
bedrooms and separate bathroom, all bedrooms have tv. There is a
large living room with leather sofas and a large tv also we have
installed internet access. The kitchen is fully fitted and there
is a separate dining room, there is a utility room with washing
machine and dryer. We have a den that has a sleeper sofa, tv/dvd
and hi-fi. To the rear is the pool that has extended deck to
allow plenty of room for sunbathing, meals and drinks.
The villa is in a quiet area of the estate and
is situated in a cul-de-sac so is very peaceful after the hectic
days shopping and theme parks. We are about 10 minutes from
Disney and about 75 minutes from Busch Gardens, if you want a
nice beach area then the gulf bay is about an 80 minute drive.
Orlando airport is 25 minutes away
Pool Area
The pool is to the rear of the villa and has been
moved slightly to allow an extended deck area for quiet drinks and
meals, the pool area backs onto conservation ground and the boundary
fence gives almost total privacy
Surrounding Area
To the entrance of the estate there are shops
restaurants and a pub. There is a Wal-Mart and publix store close by
and plenty of golf courses can be found on the main road.
