bathrooms. Expansive living/dining area with kitchen and breakfast
nook. Our home has been recently redecorated and re-carpeted
throughout and we have new linens and towels.

X-Box, dvd player, cd player, VCR plus lots of films and music.
Extensive toys and games PLUS games rooms with pool, darts,
basketball game and kiddies corner.
We have a new Dell Computer with FREE internet
access and FREE phone calls to all destinations including
international and mobile phones.
We have 1 King Room, 2 Queen Room, 1 Twin room
and 1 family room that has a double with a single over the top
decorated with hand painted Winnie the Pooh and Tigger figures.
We also have extensive baby equipment with 1
full size cot and luxury bedding plus a luxury Greco travel cot.
We also have sterilisers, potties, baths, baby listening device,
toys, stroller, highchairs etc etc.
We are only 5 minutes to Disney and 1 mile from
shops, restaurants, golf courses and half an hour from Orlando
Airport

Large Pool and Spa, over looking open land. Covered
Lanai area with new patio table and chairs and sun loungers. Plenty
of pool toys and floats
Surrounding Area
Half an our from Orlando and 40 mins to Sanford
Airports. Five minutes to Disney (you can hear the fireworks every
night). Close to shops, restaurants, golf, water parks and shopping
Malls. We live in a lovely community with tennis courts, children's
playground, jogging track, and pitch und put.
