The pool and spa area faces South and has a lovely open view onto a conservation area. There are 2,402 sq ft of air conditioned living space. It has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms 2 of which are en- suit, living room, dinning room, kitchen, breakfast nook and seperate lardary room, all furnished to an extraordinarily high standard, thus providing a luxury environment in which to relax.

BEDROOMS

The Master Bedroom accommodates a beautiful King size sliegh bed,computer with internt and cable TV. Their is a large en-suite bathroom with a large corner shower, bathtub, two separate handbasins and w.c. From this en-suit there is access to the pool area.

The second Master bedroom also has a King Size bed, cable TV. It also has its own en-suite bathroom which has a bath, toilet, hand basin and shower. This bathroom also has access to the pool area.

The third Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed,Cable TV and this Bedroom also has its own bathroom.

There are two further twin bedrooms each accommodating two single beds one with a play station 2 and both have cable TV. These rooms have a shared bathroom.

DINING AREAS

The formal dining room is an ideal place to enjoy your evening after your visits to the parks and attractions of Orlando.

There may be times when you will prefer to use one of the two less formal areas to eat. There is the nook furnished with table and chairs, and a lanai which is also equipped with table and chairs.

FAMILY ROOM

The spacious family room is great for spending time with the family. There is ample seating for 10 people and there are views through the set of patio doors onto the pool and patio area. You will find all of the comforts of home available for your use including a HBO TV a stereo system and DVD/Video Player

Our villa is situated on a premium plot in the community of Orange Tree, on highway 27. On the community there is a Tot lot, tennis courts and basketball court for you to use if you feel like a change from visiting the parks. If you prefer to go golfing there are up to fifteen splendid golf courses in the surrounding area.

We are 8 miles from Disney's main gate and close to many of the other major attractions.
