Description
VILLA BETTY BOO is on the Hampton Lakes Community which has a swimming pool,
basketball, volleyball and tennis courts for your free use. It has 4 spacious
bedrooms and can sleep 8 - 10 people comfortably.
THE MASTER BEDROOM overlooks the pool and has an ensuite
bathroom with a king size bed, cable tv and large walk in wardrobe.
BEDROOM TWO has a queen size bed with large built in wardrobe,
and shares the second bathroom with bedrooms 3 & 4.
BEDROOMS 3 & 4 have 2 twin beds in each along with large built
in wardrobes, TV/PS2.
THE SECOND BATHROOM has a bath shower and wc.
THE FORMAL LOUNGE has 2 comfortable sofas and a dining table for
8 people.
THE FAMILY ROOM has a sofa and a sofa bed cable TV and DVD
player, this room leads to the pool area via patio doors, it is also connected
to the kitchen.
THE KITCHEN is fully equipped with American fridge with ice
maker, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and enough crockery and cooking
utensils for more than 10 people. There is a breakfast table with 4 chairs and a
breakfast bar.
THE UTILITY ROOM houses the washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and board, hoover etc.
GAMES ROOM, brand new (Sept\'06) with pool table, foosball
table, electronic basketball and electronic darts.
THE VILLA is fully air conditioned and has central heating. The
pool is floodlit and can be heated at an additional cost (£9 per day only needed
in winter months) and has a pool blanket.
Surrounding Area
Villa Betty Boo is on
Highway 27 just off the Hwy.192. We are very close to all the attraction, Disney
is 10 mins. away, Universal 20mins. We have a Publix supermarket across the road
along with the highly renowned Highlands Reserve Golf Course. There are many
more courses within a short drive, Champions Gate only 10 mins. The many
restaurants on the Hwy.192 are just a 5 minutes drive from the villa.
The beaches of St. Pete's and Clearwater and Busch Gardens are 1
hour away.
Pool Details
The pool is
large, heated, floodlit and south facing. The deck area has a privacy
screen & patio furniture and loungers and is also floodlit, there is a
pool blanket to retain the pool heat during the winter months.
