Our home is situated on
the Lake Berkley development just off highway 192 and 12 minutes (5 miles) from
the main Walt Disney World attractions. The villa is on a gated community which
has security coverage throughout the day and night. The community offers a range
of facilities but its most attractive feature is Lake Berkley itself.
The modern luxury villa
provides a wide range of features all on one level. There are two master
bedrooms with en-suite facilities and a further two twin bedrooms with a
communal bathroom. A large open plan living area features a breakfast area,
formal dining area and a comfortable spacious lounge with direct access to the
pool. The master suite offers additional access to the pool as well as secondary
access through the en-suite facilities. The villa is fully air-conditioned with
plenty of closet space offered in all the bedrooms. The screened pool boasts a
beautiful decking area ideal for relaxing after a fun day at the many local
attractions.
Each room provides a
host of family facilities. The main master is equipped with TV, DVD Player and
cable TV. The second master offers a TV and VCR whilst the twin room provides a
further TV together with a PS2 console. The main living area offers a host of
entertainment equipment including upgraded cable, CD stereo, games and books
whilst the garage based games room provides gaming facilities for all the family
including a dart board, 8ft pool table and a foosball table for the children.
Surrounding Area
The Lake Berkley resort
provides a tranquil location for guests to unwind after a hard day playing at
the various theme parks. The peaceful walk around the stock fishing lake
provides an opportunity to view wildlife. For the more energetic at heart, the
resort also boasts a tennis court and a sand volley ball/badminton court all of
which are available for guests use during their stay. For our little visitors,
the swings and adventure climbing area of the playground provides endless
additional fun. In additional the resort also provides guests with the use of
the clubhouse during their stay.
