The villa is located in the popular community of Indian Point which is less than half a mile from the 192 and five minutes from Wal Mart. This means that there is easy access to all the attractions. There is a community pool and childrens play area.

Outside the villa has a heated pool with attached spa. The perfect place to relax after a long day at the parks or for a refreshing swim at any time.

Inside the villa there are four bedroom and two bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedrooms has two singles. The master bedroom and one bathroom also have access to the pool area. For convenience there is an inside utility room with washer and separate dryer.

The villa is fully air conditioned and is equipped with all the facilities you should need during your stay including cable TV, cooker, microwave etc.
