Our luxurious four bedroom villa is situated in the gated community of The Manors North, Westridge on Highway 27, just 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Only a few miles away from the I4 Interstate, it is conveniently situated for all of Florida's major attractions. For those of you who like golf, the villa is situated close to championship golf courses so why not take advantage of this and enjoy a round of golf during your stay.

Newly built for vacation rental in 2000 at The Manors, Westridge this beautiful, spacious 4 bedroom villa with it\'s own private, screened swimming pool is available for you to enjoy a little luxury on your Florida vacation. The villa is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.

For your security The Manors is a gated community and access is through electric gates that are always closed and need a security code to open. Westridge is located on US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa.

Our luxury Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and south facing. Those who fancy an early morning wake up swim will appreciate the convenience of having pool access direct from the master bedroom via patio doors. Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. Heating, if required, is extra at £80 ($130) per week - please request at time of reservation.

The single story accommodation comprises of four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors. There is also a large double garage attached that has been converted into a games room where you will find a pool table, an electronic darts board, DVD and TV. The separate laundry room houses a washing machine and tumble drier.

Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas-pool, lanai etc.

Master Bedroom and en-suite Bathroom

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a queen size bed and plenty of hanging space and storage for clothes. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and cable TV. There is a sliding patio door that leads on to the pool. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with shower, WC, sink and dresser.

The second bedroom is a double room with queen size bed TV and VCR

This bedroom has twin beds and has been styled in 'Winnie the Pooh' decor.

Bedroom 4

This is also a twin bedroom.

Family Bathroom

There is a family bathroom with WC, bath, shower and wash basin

Family/Living Room

Relax in comfort in this light and spacious family room. Situated in the heart of the villa, with patio doors leading to the pool. There is plenty of comfortable seating along with DVD, Cable TV, Playstation 2, Video and games.

Kitchen

Equipped with all mod cons, the kitchen has a large American fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher to make your life easy. There is also an electric cooker for those of you who fancy a cordon bleu meal. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and is furnished with attractive table and chairs. The kitchen has a ceramic tiled floor.

Dining Room

The dining room provides a quiet place to enjoy a meal together in comfortable surroundings.

Pool & Lanai

For a delightful day on the complex and a well earned rest from trailing the parks, why not relax in the swimming pool and the extended patio area. An insect screen is fitted around the pool area to protect you from any bugs that fancy a piece of the action. The patio is endowed with comfortable loungers and a table and chairs. It has a covered lanai for those seeking shelter from the midday sun. The pool is heated if required.

WESTRIDGE is located in the outskirts North of the town of Davenport, Florida (minutes from Kissimmee) along highway U.S. 27 between Highway U.S. 192 and the I-4 Interstate. Both highways are an easy 5 to 10 minute drive. Disney's main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive, and Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away (depending on traffic).

The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, well maintained, and safe with well lit streets. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills.

Our community offers free use of its cabana, community pool, play area for children, lit tennis courts, and basketball and volleyball courts to residents and guests.

If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new "Champions Gate" Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses

You will also find shops, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants close by. Westridge is a quiet residential/vacation development, with an abundance of open space and surrounded by citrus groves. The community boasts its own Club House, Large Outdoor Swimming Pool, Gym, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Tennis Courts and Children's Play Area which guests are welcome to use at no extra cost.
