Our home is has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps upto a maximum of 9 guests.

Our home is an Executive pool home which backs onto a lake and is situated in a gated community for additional security. We have added a 'Games Area' to our home and have a Foosball Table, Dartsboard, and a table top Pool Table for the enjoyment of our guests. It is foremost our home and we have furnished it to provide maximum comfort. The kitchen has all the luxuries you would expect, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, waste disposal unit. The utility room houses automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. The home is complete with bed linen, towels. In fact everything you could possible want from 'a home from home'.

There is a large 30'x 15' south facing swimming pool accessed via the covered lanai (patio). There is a ceiling fan in the lanai for additional comfort and high quality table and chairs and sunloungers are provided. The covered pool and deck area backs onto a lake where you can enjoy the wildlife and wonderful sunsets after a hectic day at the 'parks'.

The pool area has a large (30 x 15), south facing swimming pool that backs onto a private lake.

Surrounding Area

The home is built within a conservation area. There are local amenities within easy accessibility. Golf Courses, Horse Riding Stables, children play parks. Disney is within 15 mins drive, Orlando Airport only 30 mins away.
