Our beautiful villa is situated in
Cresent Lakes which is a quiet, tranquil residential community
located in the centre of a major ecosystem with 18,000 acres of
lakes and wooded nature preserves. Disney World is only a 20 minute
drive and Highway 192 with its man attractions is only 10 minutes
away. there are 40 shops (including Publix and Winn Dixie) and
restaurants in Poinciana Town Centre and Walmart is only ten minutes
away.
This beautiful executive villa was
built in 2001 and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms (two are
en-suite) and is located within the gated community of Aster Cove.
The lounge has three sofas, two coffee
tables and side tables with lamps. There is a remote control TV,
video and a stereo/CD player with a selection of CD's.
The first master bedroom has a king
size bed, dresser, two bedside tables, telephone and cable TV. the
pool/lanai area can be reached via a door from this bedroom. There
is a large walk in closet and en suite bathroom with corner bath,
walk in shower, two wash hand basins and separate toilet. Cot
available.
The second master bedroom has a queen
size bed, dresser, bedside tables and a large closet. There is an en
suite bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 each have two single
beds, dresser, bedside tables and a large closet and share a
bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Hair dryers are available in the two main bedrooms.
The screened lanai/pool area is
reached via the great room and the master bedroom. The pool measures
30ft x 15ft and runs from 3ft to 6ft in depth. There is a jacuzzi
which can also double as a pool for children with a waterfall effect
flowing into the pool. Luxury poolside furniture including a table,
chairs and beds are provided
The kitchen/dining area also overlooks
the pool area. It is fully equipped with a large fridge/ freezer,
cooker, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. Crockery,
cutlery, glassware, pans, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are all
provided. there is a large table and eight chairs (high chair
available if required). The large table and chairs can seat up to 8.
The utility room has a large washer
and dryer and leads into the garage.
Surrounding Area
Crescent Lakes is situated within an
enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded
walk way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many
species of plants and shrubs.
Pool Area
A private screened pool 30ft x 15ft
(heating optional) backing onto lake with beautiful sunset views.
Also jacuzzi which can double up as children's pool.
