One of the best things about our villa
is the location, it is so close that you can stand by the pool & see
the "Tree of Life" at Animal Kingdom, in the evening you can sit at
the pool side & watch the firework display at Magic Kingdom Castle!
& to the right you can see the lights of "Downtown Disney" all this
adds to the sheer Magic of it all!
The Villa is situated in a peaceful
location with a childrens playground, sports area & putting green,
Disney is just 3 miles away & all the other attractions are only
10-15 minutes drive away.
The villa is fully equipped for your
comfort with over 2,400 sq ft of air conditioned luxury, the
spacious & stylish Family room leads to the elegant dining area for
those more formal dining occasions or look through the french doors
to the pool deck.
It can sleep up to 10 people, there
are 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms (with 2 en-suite)king size bed settee.
The 1st Master bedroom boasts large
size bed, Cable TV & walk in wardrobes, in the sumptuous en-suite
there is a large double shower, his & hers wash basins & a king size
heart shaped corner bath,
the 2nd Master also has Cable TV &
full en-suite.
The
twin bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the childrens room has a
triple bunk bed, (a double bed at the bottom & a single bed on top)
in here the children have their very own TV, DVD & xBox console with
a good selection of games & DVD's to watch. A shared bathroom & easy
access to the large pool & over sized deck through a single French
door, in the family room there is also a king size sofa bed, large
screen TV, DVD & VCR, again with videos for all ages.
In the Kitchen area a full size
cooker, microwave, fridge freezer with icemaker, waste disposal,
dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, breakfast table, ironing board,
spin dryer, cd player, hairdryers, all bed linen, all towels
poolside & internal are included, smoke detectors, emergency exit
lighting, 24 hour local management assistance to Emergency
