Many vacation homes in Orlando have
other houses and noisy pools within feet of them. However, this
beautiful de-luxe villa looks from its own pool over a lake at the
back, is situated in a cul-de-sac and the neighbours are a sensible
distance away.
This large villa (2750 sq ft including
the pool area) is luxuriously furnished in a co-ordinated colour
scheme and equipped down to the last towel. The spacious kitchen has
everything you need - and all the equipment is American-made, so you
know it's big and efficient! The villa is air-conditioned
throughout, and the ceramic-tiled floors in the main living space
provide a cool environment even on the hottest day. The living room
includes a large television with 80 cable channels and a VCR.
The master bedroom is beautifully
decorated with a king-sized bed, television and patio doors leading
to the pool area. The large en-suite bathroom includes shower and
Roman Tub. The second master bedroom, found at the front of the
house contains a queen size bed and adjoins its own private
bathroom. The twin bedded rooms share the third bathroom (which
could also be accessed from the pool if needed).
Surrounding Area
The Bridgewater Crossing community has
its own Olympic size swimming pool, tennis courts and is beside a 50
acre lake with easy walks to orange groves and all the exotic flora
and fauna. The giant Publix supermarket, chemist and petrol station
are all within 5 minutes. Disney, Epcot, Universal and MGM are an
easy 10 minutes drive away, and for the golfers there are several
courses within 10 minutes - including Greg Norman's 36-hole
Champion's Gate - home of David Leadbetter's Golf Academy.
For a break from Disney, head west to
the gorgeous white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast and Sarasota
which are easily reached within 90 minutes, or for the space
enthusiasts among you, Cape Canaveral and the Space Coast are an
hours drive east.
Pool Area
The beautiful pool looks out over the
lakes and the magic of the morning sunrise will take your breath
away. Meals can be taken outside as there is no lack of space due to
an extended deck. Comfortable patio furniture consists of 2 tables,
8 chairs and 4 loungers.
