With Mickey’s front door only 15 minutes away and the delights of Universal and Shamu at Seaworld only a few minutes further, the magic of Florida is all around.

As you walk through the entrance, High Haven Villa unfolds before you welcoming you into its spacious rooms. With cathedral ceilings, air conditioning throughout, a Family Games Room and a Sparkling Blue Pool, High Haven Villa compliments your Disney holiday by providing you with an air of refreshing freedom and relaxation.

From the minute you arrive in the villa we want you to feel completely at home and to be able to relax and enjoy the Magic that only Florida can offer.

Our villa comes complete with:-

~ Family Games Room - Full size Air Hockey Table, Foosball, CD player, PS2 with dance mat and games, Board Games.

~ Private Heated Swimming Pool - With the large pool being west facing, it is bathed in sunshine from the morning right through to those sizzling and beautiful Floridian sunsets. Relax and unwind on the pool deck absorbing the atmosphere of those balmy evenings, sipping your favourite drink whilst watching the last rays of the sun dip below the horizon, then switch on the villas underwater pool lighting and enjoy a tranquil moonlight dip before retiring. A truly soothing and pampering way to end the day.

~ Bedrooms - Both master bedrooms are extremely spacious and comfortably furnished and have their own en-suite bathrooms. They make the villa ideal for 2 families or an extended family holidaying together. There are two further large bedrooms with twin beds, these share a bathroom located between them. All bedrooms come complete with Cable TV, DVD Player, Clock Radio and Hairdryer. The master bedrooms also have their own telephones.

~ Living Area - The very spacious lounge is comfortably furnished and is equipped with cable TV, VCR, DVD player and a CD hifi system allowing you to relax and recharge your batteries. If your batteries aren't recharging as quickly as your childrens are then you can sit in cool comfort and watch them playing in the pool through the large window in the living area.

~ Dining - Although you may want to eat out in the many interesting, varied and inexpensive restaurants in Florida, should you want to cook in the villa the kitchen is complete with everything you are likely to require. There is a large dining room for family meals as well as a circular table in the nook area of the kitchen overlooking the pool. Of course you can also go "Al Fresco" in the Florida sun.

~ For Babies and Young Children - We have provided a Travel Cot, Lightweight Pushchair and Highchair free of charge. As the bedrooms are all spacious the Travel Cot can be located in any of them comfortably. The villa is also equipped with night lights which automatically illuminate at dusk providing some additional reassurance for children should they wake at night.

Security - The villa has a 24hr monitored alarm system. There are also two safes in the villa. We want you to feel totally relaxed and secure whilst you are on holiday in our villa.

Laundry - To save you packing mountains of clothes remember the villa has its own Laundry Room which contains a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board, Washing Baskets and Clothes Airer."

Pool Area

The fully screened, Private Heated Swimming Pool (28' x 14') has water spray features and an extended patio area for sunbathing. Part of the patio area is covered providing valuable shade from the hot Florida sun. Table, 8 chairs and 6 sun loungers all with quality cushions are provided to maximise your comfort and enjoyment. Access to the swimming pool is via a door from the kitchen area (convenient for refreshments) and a further door leading into one of the en-suite bathrooms provides easy access for those other important moments. Both doors have child safety alarms fitted to prevent children accessing the pool area without your knowledge.

Surrounding Area

The villa is situated in a peaceful location off Hwy27 in a private community known as “Westbury”.

Its location gives easy access to the Interstate 4 (I4) and you are only minutes away from Disney and other Theme Parks and attractions.

For the golfers amongst you there are several award winning, championship golf courses within 5 minutes of the villa and many more within a 15 minute drive.
