Welcome to
Little T our new 3 bed/2.5 bath home with pool which is just next
door to our 5 bed home.
The living
area is open plan and has lounge with Cable TV & DVD (selection of
films), dining area and fully equipped Kitchen with fridge/freezer,
stove, dishwasher & microwave. There are sliding doors* leading from
both the kitchen and lounge area to the pool & covered lanai
(patio). There is a second seating area with large sofa, coffee
table, reading lamp, and a selection of books.
The
bedrooms are to the front of the house. The master bedroom has King
bed, Cable TV, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom. The
second bedroom has a Queen bed, Cable TV & walk in closet and the
third bedroom has twin beds and walk in closet - both of these rooms
share the house bathroom.
There is
also a cloak room (with WC & sink) and utility room with washer,
dryer, iron & ironing board. There is also a games room with
Foosball table, Air Hockey table, and an electronic Basketball game.
The pool
area has large pool (heating optional), deck area with sun loungers
and covered lanai with table and chairs.
As you
would expect the house is fully air conditioned and all linens,
towels, crockery & cutlery are provided.
*All doors
are alarmed for safety and the doors to the pool area have safety
fences installed.
Pool Area
Our pool area
is south facing with privacy fencing on 2 sides. There are sun
loungers and chairs, and a covered lanai with table & chairs for
dining.
Surrounding Area
Although we are in a quiet gated community, the villa is just off
US192 so it is close to hundreds of shops, restaurants, attractions
and golf courses.
We are appx 10 mins from Disney, 15 mins from Sea World, Aquatica &
Discovery Cove and 25-30 mins from Universal Studios and Islands of
Adventure.
