To help address these concerns we have introduced the 'Verified Villa Program' so you can book with confidence and have peace of mind.

The Verified Villa logo is only given to villa owners who provide us with:

Villa owners home address and telephone number

Villa address

Management company details

We cross check these details with official County records. The logo is only given to those villa owners who have passed these checks.

We are not implying that villas without the logo are not as good as those with.

Please note that the Verified Villa program does not act as a guarantee. Information about each listing is provided to us by the villa owner themselves. We advise all travellers to take out insurance to cover for any eventuality. Magical Florida Villas acts as an introducer. All transactions are carried out directly between the villa owner and the renter.
